Description

The BioSpec BioHomogenizer is a powerful rotor-stator homogenizer engineered for rapid tissue homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification in laboratory and research environments.

The system utilizes a high-speed rotor operating at approximately 10,000 rpm inside a precision stator assembly containing 12 narrow processing slits. During operation, suspended material is repeatedly forced through the stator openings, producing intense mechanical shearing and rapid sample disintegration.

This high-frequency mechanical action allows complete homogenization of soft biological tissues such as muscle, liver, brain, and similar materials within seconds.

The BioHomogenizer is commonly used for:
