Service Request and Repairs
Beyond the free Warranty period, we strive to keep repair and parts charges low. Most repairs are completed within few days of receiving them. If you choose to do the repair "in-house" we can help you with telephone diagnosis and instruction - no charge.
Please use our Return Authorization Form when sending in equipment for repair. In addition to telling where to send the repair and providing space to tell us what you want done, the form asks you to assure us that we will not be handling equipment that is potentially biohazardous.
If the directions on the Return Authorization Form are not followed, it may result in refusal of the delivery and thus a return of the package.
The Return Authorization Form is essential.
