Return Policy

BioSpec Products' return policy applies to domestic US orders. International return requests are handled case by case. Please contact BioSpec Products and we will work with you to resolve your situation.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by BioSpec Products in advance. Contact BioSpec Products to request a return.

Return Window

Approved returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.

Item Condition

Items must be in new, unopened condition. Returns for used items are not accepted.

Return Shipping

Returns should be sent by UPS, FedEx, or US Mail. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply to items over $1000. The applicable restocking fee will be confirmed when the return is approved.

Refund Method

For credit card orders, refunds are credited back to the original card. For purchase orders, a credit is issued.

Non-returnable Items

Opened consumables, including beads and vials, are not returnable.
